Very nice Hotel Experience!
diverse cuisine friendly staff daily activities
This hotel impressed me! I especially liked the diverse cuisine with tasty dishes, and the friendly staff always helped with requests. The gigantic swimming pool offered lots of space, and many daily activities happened. It was a great stay for anyone seeking quality time.
The gala night dinner felt very chaotic. Securing seating proved almost impossible at the event. A better staggering of this event would enhance the experience for other guests.
Rooms
9/10
The room had two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and ample space! The layout worked well for organizing belongings, and it had good lighting. The provided amenities felt luxurious.
Service
10/10
Staff provided excellent and fast assistance. Any request or inquiry immediately received attention. The team was always polite and professional! This dedication enhanced the entire stay.

Very nice Family Vacation!
kids club friendly staff safe environment
The Kids Club offered many activities that kept my children entertained. The staff were friendly and caring. The environment was safe and clean with plenty of space. I enjoyed the arts and crafts sessions and the outdoor games.
The main lagoon pool showed wear and tear, with broken floorboards. Some areas desperately need re-varnishing. It was shocking to see so many areas neglected.
Rooms
9/10
The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was amazing! The beds feature premium bedding and a selection of pillows, and I slept so well.
Service
10/10
The staff provided prompt and courteous service at all times, really!
Location
8/10
The hotel is near various shopping centers. This made it easy to find souvenirs. The airport is a short drive away, which simplified arrival and departure. It was simple!
Facilities
9/10
The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section, so awesome! The spa features a sauna, a steam room, and a relaxation area.
Dining
10/10
The main restaurant offers a diverse buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A seafood restaurant serves fresh catches daily. The lobby bar provides cocktails and snacks throughout the day. I really enjoyed it.

nice stay
daily snacks friendly staff
i found my room, a premium room, was always super clean. housekeeping restocked the minibar with both drinks and snacks every day, a great touch. the staff was so friendly and always ready with a smile.
during my stay, the evening buggy service could use improvement. the wait times sometimes reached twenty minutes when moving around the large hotel. this delay added unnecessary time to my plans.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel includes multiple pools where one could relax, or one could choose the sea. there were always clean towels available, and the staff ensured the area remained tidy. the number of loungers were abundant. i could always find a good spot.
